Meet the Teacher September 25, 2025 

We’re pleased to invite you to our upcoming Meet the Teacher event — a relaxed and informal opportunity to visit your child’s classroom, meet their teacher, and explore our school. 

To accommodate your schedules, we’re offering two sessions: 

📅 Date: Sept 25 
🕔 Session 1: 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm 
🕕 Session 2: 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm 
📍 Location: Your child’s classroom 

To ensure a meaningful experience, we will be hosting two sessions with limited bookings per time block: 

• Enhanced Educational Supports (EES), Kindergarten, and Grades 1–4 Families: 
  Each 1-hour block will accommodate 11 families. 

• Grades 5–6 Families: 
  Each 1-hour block will accommodate 15 families. 

During either session, you’ll be able to: 

• Meet your child’s teacher and learn more about their classroom experience. 
• Take a self-directed tour of the school. 
• Connect with other families and staff in a casual setting. 

**Meet the Teacher bookings will be open via your MyCBE/PowerSchool Parent Account on September 18 at 8:00 am.
